Hello, I thought it was the battery as when the car wouldn't turn over it worked with a battery booster but after charging completely and even with a boost it won't start. It makes a clicking/buszzing sound when turning the key. The battery is good on the multimeter.Thanks for responding. That does sound similar to my problem but the dealer has looked at the car for 2 days now and still claim they don't know what's going on. I would think if it was from that TSB issue that would be one of the first things they would check. Also, it isn't as much a "ticking" sound as it is a loud fast knocking sound.
