It uses a combination of text messaging, coaching, and online resources to help users track their drinking, set goals, and make changes to their habits. Just being reminded to track your drink count is huge. The one thing I’ll say is if you really want to make it work, be honest. Even if you go over your target, even if you feel guilty. Put in an honest count. Otherwise, you’ll just keep up the same patterns. I’ve been using it for almost 2 years now.
