It looks fairly "easy" to get the axle out, but the removal of the bearing appears to be a different story. You have to split the collar and press it off. I have learned to take the axle to the welding shop and let them press the new collar on with their giant press. Made life on my wore out joints much easier!The second issue would be that the valve would operate to allow pressure to escape, but when the diff would cool down the one way valve did not allow any air to come back in and a vacuum would develop, sucking the seals in and causing the seals to leak. I have seen videos on YouTube where they cut it off with a grinder or cutoff wheel ...So you have to pull the tire, pull the axle, cut out a bearing, then press the first seal, replace a bearing, press the other part of the seal, re install the axle, then re install the tire. So it can get a bit tedious.
