You can’t get a solid 60fps everywhere on any hardware atm, you could try and lasso the emulator to only use 1 ccd on your 5900x that might stop the stutters down to low fps. Ryzen 9 7950, rtx 3060ti. I can push 1440p and anywhere between 75-92 fps even in hairy situations it only dipped to 68fps. ….

Using the totk optimizer settings at 2x on my LG C1 (4k). The game is 100% playable, but something about it just feels “off”. Idk if I’m expecting too much from an emulator, but the game feels far from good to play and certainly not “buttery”.
