Place them about 3″ apart and alternate/zig zag the pattern of the ties. Meaning place one on the top wire, then the second from the bottom; Place one on the second from the top and then the bottom. Twist the ties on tightly. Begin by folding over about 6″ of your mesh to create a hem.
