Blue light on centurylink modem
The WPS light on the front in blinking blue and the DSL light on the back is green. Called support. Guy said it needs reprogramming, give it up to 24 hours. Of course it still doesn’t work after 24 hours. Next tech via chat says to try this and try that. Crap still isn’t working so she is sending out a technician.To check your inside wire go out to the NID and swap the IW between ports 1 and 2. Then go back inside and dsl1 should be green and dsl2 should be red. If that's the case then it CTL's issue. We've had VDSL2 service with Centurylink using an Actiontec C1900A modem/router for several years.

The power light will move from red to amber during boot-up after the hardware test passes. Amber indicates the modem is performing onboard software tests.
