Using Mod Organizer. Installed Breeze's Fallout New Vegas Male Body Replacer and all patches for it. Skin texture is jacked up. Archive invalidation has been cycled off and back on. Still persists. My /data folder does not have a "meshes" or "textures" subfolders. Instead it has .bsa files of the same name.
