With the popularity of Fusion Rifles and powerful mods like Particle Deconstruction, the Plug One.1 is quite a well-rounded weapon.This allows for craftable weapons to have their spotlight from Enhanced perks and personalization/precise rolls, and for Adepts to have their spotlight from unobtainable rolls, flexibility in the form of 2 rows of perks and Adept mods. I feel like this is the best way to balance Craftable vs Adept moving forward.

Do it when you want. Handling isnt about your accuracy being good or not its about outputting arrows. So if you want more arrows out faster, put handing on it.
