As a 17C w/ clearance you'll get good experience and certs. You can also use the Army TA to finish up a degree. All of this combined pretty much guarantees you a 6-figure job in the outside, especially if you can pick up a contractor job with a prime or subprime contractor using that clearance.(I wasn't a reclass but I did just finish 17C AIT recently) From what I understand the reclass packet itself requires some knowledge of cyber-ish things that you could probably answer with a passing familiarity with some broad cyber topics and good googling skills. Googling being an extremely applicable skill in this field.
